Residential Rate (Rate Code 01)
Available for domestic use to all residential customers. Service
under the residential rate shall apply only to gas service in a
single private dwelling and its appurtenances. Housing projects or
trailer parks in which gas service is furnished by lessor may be
singularly metered and billed by one master meter. The residential
rate shall not apply to such institutions as schools, clubs,
fraternities, churches, hotels, governmental office space, or the
space in any residential building primarily devoted to usage as an
office or studio for professional or gainful purpose.

Customers who qualify for our Residential Volume User Rate
receive a 6% discount off the regular residential rate. Customers
will not automatically be assigned to this rate structure and MUST
